WE MENTOR FOUNDATION
We Mentor is a non-profit organization dedicated to motivating and developing the next generation of leaders, through our rigorous project-based learning programs. We help students to build a growth mindset, develop critical thinking skills, and the ethical spirits essential to make a difference for our community and global society.
Current Projects:
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
Goal: Students will raise awareness, share experiences and tackle common environmental issues.
What we need: Devices that can take pictures and the ability to share them in a digital format
Who: a group of students in Vietnam (different locations) and a group of students in United States (different states)
What we will do: Students will identify three aspects of the local environment: Environmental problems, environmental beauty and environmental solutions.Students use the pictures and journal entries to develop a project in order to advocate the importance of environmental awareness and protection. They share their observations and collaborate on plans to make an impact. Project format is up to the students to design in collaboration with their advisor.
