David Begbie is the co-founder of Crossroads Foundation, where he directs the interactive and immersive simulations to give participants an experience of needs such as urban poverty, refugees, HIV/AIDS, and blindness through the Global X-perience programs. He has received the Hong Kong Red Cross Humanity Award (2007) and worldwide recognition for his devotion to being a "voice for the voiceless".
In Mar 2025, We Mentor Foundation welcomed Mr. David Begbie as our 1st partnership speaker, giving us an inspiring sharing session in Hong Kong.
Crossroads Foundation is a Hong Kong based, non-profit organization serving global needs: “We believe that, in a broken world that sees too much suffering, we should do all we can to link those who are in need with those who can provide help!”Â

Our tutoring programs and sharing sessions take place both online and in-person, depending on what is more convenient for you!
What can I get help with?
You can get scheduled tutoring in variety of subjects and test-prep areas, including writing, world languages, STEM, programming languages, etc. We also offer an excellent English public speaking workshop. Regardless of which subject you need assistance in, we are here to support you. All of our most popular subjects are available in English. Besides academic support, we also offer a series of mentor sharing sessions and other resources for everyone.
How do I connect with a tutor?
Checkout our Contact page to fill in detailed request form, or email us about how to connect with a tutor. You are encouraged to schedule a program or session with tutor 3-5 days earlier as we may encounter a time zone difference.Â
Are tutor qualified in their subjects?
Our tutors are highly qualified. They attend top ranking high schools and have had a few years of teaching/tutoring experience. Plus, they go through a rigorous vetting process, including education verification and multiple background checks.Â
Can I work with the same tutor again?
Absolutely! You can write email to us to request the designated tutor will work together in a scheduled future time, or check to see if they are available for on-demand tutoring.Â
